The eGroup Technical Services Agreement (TSA) is designed to provide your business with the proactive and reactive support it needs on a monthly basis. Our experts will provide you best practices-based proactive maintenance to keep your solutions running optimally. Your business will also have SLA-based reactive support if something goes wrong, allowing you to engage an expert that will own your issue to resolution, quickly! Our agreements are flexible and sized based on the amount of proactive and reactive support you need.
Subject Matter Expert Agreement
The eGroup Subject Matter Expert (SME) Agreement is designed for an organization looking to extend their existing team with a specific Subject Matter Expert. This agreement is most effectively utilized when your business needs expertise, helping hands, or support in a specific area. With a SME agreement, you only pay for what you utilize, when you utilize it. This non-SLA driven, time and materials agreement allows you to engage the right expert with flexibility under a pre-approved, not to exceed, budget. If you are looking for SLA driven support, eGroup suggests the Technical Services Agreement (TSA).
Professional Services Agreement
The eGroup Professional Services Agreement (PSA) is designed for an organization that is looking to get a variety of projects done while staying on budget. With the PSA, you set the pace on how fast you want your projects to move forward on a month-to-month basis and an eGroup Project Manager and Technical Account Manager will work with you to develop the plan, set the schedule, and assign the appropriate resources to get the job done. With an eGroup PSA, you can pull from a deep bench of technical expertise for specific projects under a predictable, monthly budget.
